Q:Do I need to be there during the clean?

A:No, it is not necessary, though if you are there that is fine.


Q:How will you access my property?

A 1: The majority of our clients leave a key at our office, so that we can act as keyholders.

A 2: We can pickup keys from you at your office etc.

A 3: If it is not possible for us to act as keyholders, we can arrange to meet you at the property.


Q:How do I know my keys are safe?

A:We enforce a strict keyholding policy to ensure they are kept safe. Your keys are coded, so your address details are not kept on them, they securely stored, only issued out to the cleaning team on the day of the clean, and returned at the end of the day.


Q: How do I make payment?

A: We accept debit and credit cards and process payment on the day of the clean, so that you do not need to think about it.


Q: What happens when I go on holidays?

A: If you are on holiday for an extended period, we suggest that you suspend service, though it is always nice to return home to a clean house.

Q: How does it work?

A: At proshine we normally operate in teams of two, we arrive to your property in our proshine vans, bringing all the cleaning equipment and supplies. As your property and requirements are unique, we operate to your tailored cleaning program. Any queries are requests that you have, can be addressed with the office, and we are always there to take your call

As the people taking care of your home are proshine's employees, you no longer have to worry about staff related issues, from employee screening to worker compenstation issues. As our service is a fully managed service, we take care of ALL elements of cleaning, therefore you can switch off from cleaning when you choose proshine.
