Our aim is to remove as much dust as possible and to polish up the property, we understand what it takes to ensure the client is happy, and we deliver excellence.
We are resourced to target 1 Day turnaround for afterbuild cleanups, and will assign multiple teams to the property, no project is to large or too small, from the kitchen extensions to apartment blocks.
- All Rooms
- Remove dust from walls and all woodwork (Doors, Window Frames, Skirtings & Architraves)
- Carefully Remove paint from light switches, sockets etc
- Windows washed (internal & ground floor external)
- Wipe & disinfect all light switches, sockets and door handles
- Dust & polish all furniture
- Clean dust from inside presses
- Remove paint splashed on hard floors
- Vacuum carpets removing piles
- Mop and buff tiled/ wood floors
- Kitchen
- Remove dust from inside of kitchen presses and dust exteriors
- Oil stainless steel and remove fingerprints
- Clean and polish counters, splashbacks and hob
- In essence leave the kitchen ready for the client to move in
- Bathrooms
- Remove grouting dust and clean tiles
- Shine mirrors, glass doors, sanitaryware and taps
- In essence we polish up the bathroom
